This passion can come out of many different situations. Maybe you’ve seen the difference a Care Worker has made in a friend’s or relative’s life. Maybe you’ve been helping your community on a voluntary basis and want to take it further. Whatever the case, if you’re a potential Support Direct Ltd Care Worker, you’ll have that passion, as well as excellent communication skills, empathy and respect for people of all backgrounds

YOU’RE EAGER TO LEARN
While we regard having the right attitude as more important than experience, to provide the best quality care to our Service Users, you need to be willing and eager to learn. There are opportunities for Care Workers to complete the NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care. We also offer a range of other training, including Service Users specific training. .

YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A CAREER
We expect a lot from our Care Workers, so it’s only fair that we treat you as a valued member of our team. We offer flexible shifts, so you can work mornings, afternoons or evenings, whichever suits you. . If you’re interested in going further in the community care industry, Support Direct Ltd offers opportunities to develop your career. You may consider working towards becoming a Supervisor, Service Coordinator or Care Manager.
