• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Equivalent or a commitment to gain the qualification with support from Support Direct Ltd.
• Minimum 6 Months working experience with people who need personal care for example the elderly, people with disability, children and mental health clients.
• Basic numeracy & literacy skills needed.
