To all at support direct ltd. I would like to thank everyone at support direct ltd for the very good carers my mum had. I would particularly like to thank my mum’s main carer Seynab Weyrah for her excellent and caring manner. My mother became very attached to her, she also very grateful that Seynab immediately spotted that my mum needed emergency hospital treatment while medical professionals had not. she is wishing you all the very best.
I just wanted to write to thank you, for all of the support you and your team have provided to our very precious mum, your carers have provided personal care to my mum for the last year, who’s needs were complex, in a caring compassionate dignified manner. They have always been respectful and courteous often going over and beyond what would be expected of them.
