Its taken me time to write this review as my Mum has recently passed away but each time i tried to write it i became overcome with emotion. I am writing this review to say a big thank you to Hoda and Faria ( not forgetting Kaltoun- sorry if names are spelt incorrectly- please forgive me) on behalf of my dear mum and all the family. We met these lovely carers from Support Direct when mum came out of hospital. Mums' main carer was Hoda, a delightful young lady- wise beyond her years. She was always respectful, friendly, caring and professional. towards everyone. Nothing threw her- even when Mum had her 'not so good days' days i couldn't wish for nicer, patient ladies - they just went with the flow and did their best to make her happy and comfortable- didnt judge her and remained courteous and understanding.Mum really liked Hoda and saw her as a member of the family from the first day they met. This was nice to see as mum wasnt keen on having carers at first - but Hoda and the other ladies won mum over- she was very choosey with who she liked. She'd wake up from sleeping and ask' where's Hoda? Have I missed her? she'd be happy when i said no, she 'd be here soon. I'd like to say a big thank you to Support Direct and the great ladies they sent to help look after mum in that difficult stage of her life.. Hoda ( or Angel as mum called her) we wish you all best wishes for the future and great happiness in you life. We will always remember the Suppot Direct ladies with gratitude, fondness and respect - you all made things a lot easier for all concerned - my mum was happy with all the little chats and laughs.
